We aim to pack and ship all orders within 2 business days.

In current conditions, postage can take up to 5 days in transit.

KatKnit Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase

KatKnit offers a full refund within 28 days of delivery or collection – provided the items are new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact and in the original packaging.

Sealed collectors products will need to be unopened for returns

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you’ve returned your order​!

Online purchases can be returned for a full refund or exchange, Just let us know within 14 days by email to alex@katknit.co.uk

We will then send you instructions to send the items to us within another 14 days.

Debit or credit card payment

Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within five days of us receiving the returned item(s). However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account. When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund.

Paypal or Alipay payment

If you paid by PayPal or Alipay and return your purchases via post, your payment will be refunded to the same Paypal or Alipay account.

International tax, duties, charges and delivery refunds

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the European Union, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.

Promotions

Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, You will only be refunded the amount paid.

If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

KatKnit apparel brand would like to apologise if you are unhappy with the quality of any item. Most issues can be solved we are always here to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or amended prior to shipping, please ring or email and we will always try to help,

Problems

Where an order has been delayed/lost/misroute we will aim to resolve the issue as fast as we can.

However, we are unable to compensate for any supplementary costs incurred.
